When I explained the situation that we would like to exchange the item for a different size it was met with a long silence as if we were inconveniencing the supervisor. The supervisor went on to ask a few details and really put emphasis on the fact that we had already changed the first ring for another size prior to our visit this evening, and how wrong we were. She also stated clearly so my partner could hear exactly how much the ring cost, the fact that I had received a 20% discount (mentioned twice) and the fact that the ring was definitely under £1,500.00. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional and very inconsiderate. This was a special purchase for the one I love and have asked to marry me. Such a shame to be served by this person. Won’t be shopping here again.
